1. What Treasure Log is

NZTCG operates Treasure Log, a web application that tracks the market value of collectible trading card game collections. It covers One Piece, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Digimon and Lorcana. Card prices are sourced from the public PriceCharting price guide.

Treasure Log is a digital software product. It is provided online; nothing is physically shipped.

2. Free plan and Pro unlock

The Free plan lets you track up to 25 cards and is provided at no cost. It may display advertising.

The Pro plan is unlocked by a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Once unlocked, Pro remains active for your account indefinitely. A Pro unlock is personal to the account that purchased it and may not be resold, shared or transferred.

3. Prices and data accuracy

Card values shown in Treasure Log are sourced from the public PriceCharting price guide and are provided for general guidance only.

Prices are not an appraisal, valuation or offer to buy or sell any card. We do not guarantee that any price shown is accurate, current, or achievable in a sale. Prices may change without notice and may lag the market. Always confirm values independently before making a financial decision.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Pro. If you are under 18, obtain a parent or guardian's consent before making a payment.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Treasure Log to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, scrape or republish the price database at scale, or interfere with the service's operation.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Treasure Log available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We may discontinue the service and will give reasonable notice before doing so.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Treasure Log and NZTCG are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1986 or the Fair Trading Act.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Treasure Log after a change means you accept the updated terms.
